We have been given the opportunity of a lifetime. A one-of-a-kind opening to shift the tide all around the planet.

One that can lead to healing.

And by healing, I mean we have the excuse, as it were, to evolve and to implement things we keep bypassing like climate change, like collaboration instead of competition, like sustainable living – not just with the earth and with ourselves – but with our neighbors.

To return to a sense of community.

Sure, take this time to step back, to draw within, to slow down AND ALSO, take this time to imagine, to dream, to innovate, to create.

There’s no reason – now or ever again – to work your fingers to the bone for little, for nothing, for everything. There’s no reason to labor and toil and overextend yourself just to live.

Because, the truth is, that’s not living.

We are at a point in human history where we must adapt, not so that we can merely survive, but so that we can flourish.

Together. As a unified and collaborative people.

Regardless of race. Regardless of age. Regardless of ethnicity. Regardless of gender or sexual orientation or ability or economic status. Regardless of upbringing or experience or any other thing that separates us.

Equal and equitable.

What separates us is in our own hearts and minds. What divides us comes from outside of us. And what makes us equal and equitable is love, not something external.

Love comes from within. It’s that space within us that is always whole, always true, always complete.

Our differences were not meant to divide us; they were meant to connect us, to gather us together for support, to lift each other up.

A team is only as strong as it’s weakest member. And our job as teammates on this journey of life together, is to carry each other through.

So, my question for you is:

How do you want to help create a sustainable future? What role do you want to play in turning the tide on this planet and creating the kind of world that can – and will – sustain us all for generations to come?

Because right now, that is the ONLY question to answer.
