I keep seeing an article that says that COVID-19 has been circulating in California since the fall. (Links below.) The implication is that Californians have already achieved herd immunity and that that’s the reason we aren’t being hit hard by the virus now. I was interested in reading more, so I googled it.

It turns out that this hypothesis has been promoted by the Rush Limbaugh show.   1. I’m so over all the misinformation. Like in the best of times, it’s infuriating what people disseminate and/or fall for without checking their implicit biases. But right now, it’s costing lives.
