So, I guess I wasn’t the only parent who complained about having to drive all the way out to Duvall — and then not even being allowed to watch the game — because the school district decided to find transportation for the kiddos for the game out there tomorrow.
I didn’t mind driving that far. . . my problem was that AFTER driving THAT far, we couldn’t even stay to watch the game. That’s the part that made me mad.
But this is one of the reasons I like this school district and why I’m adamant about finding a home close enough for Nathan to stay there through next year when he graduates. . .
THEY ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THEIR FAMILIES.
When a group of parents and kiddos calls them out on something or otherwise makes their grievances known, they listen and take appropriate steps to correct things.
GO COUGARS! I hope you win tomorrow!
