I’m an avid writer and journaler. Always have been. I’ve been compelled to write nearly every day since I could hold a pencil and form written words on the page.

Until about a year ago when I stopped. Just quit. Cold turkey. Done!

Sure, I’d write something here now and then. I’d write a post or two on my blog, send an email to my list. But journaling? Nope.

Then a few months back on the advice of someone who knows me very well, I bought a brand new notebook for journaling. Little by little, I’ve returned to writing most every day.

And a few days ago, I realized something. . .

Even when I have resistance to it, even when I don’t want to do it, even when it seems hard or boring or pointless, I *must* journal. I *must* write.

Not writing is not an option for me.

Exploring my thoughts in this way is where my clarity comes from. It’s where my energy comes from. Writing is the wellspring that fuels my soul, my creativity, my mission.

It’s a requirement for me.

And I want to know – what is that you keep pushing away for whatever reason and yet, you know it’s a requirement for you?

And how can I help you step into that knowing? How can I help you magnetize and create your vision?
