Here’s what I know. . .

Your job is not insignificant.
Your health is not insignificant.
Your life is not insignificant.

YOU ARE NOT INSIGNIFICANT.

Listen, you have work to do. I don’t care what your job is. I don’t care if you own your own business, if you work for yourself, if your job is menial labor or professional or civil service.

I don’t care if you’re a cashier or if you work at McDonald’s or the Dollar Tree. I don’t care if you’re a massage therapist or a retail worker or a custodian. I don’t care if you’re a mechanic or if you do yard work or you’re a bus driver.

Your job is not insignificant.

You are here in this lifetime for a reason. And your legacy is important to the whole of humanity.

Regardless of what your job is, your lifework in this time and space is important and will impact the lives of those you’re here to serve in your own special way.

Your responsibility in this lifetime is a magical, living, breathing, infinite vocation. A craft that when fully aligned within you, will light the way forward for generations to come.

Because, like Joe Biden said in his address tonight, your job isn’t just about collecting a paycheck. It’s about dignity. It’s about caring for your family. It’s about community. And freedom.

It’s about fulfilling your dreams.

You have work to do.

And your job – regardless of what it is – is not insignificant.
